SBI Leadership Institute – Developing Strong Leaders Through Training and Education
SBI Institute has created a leadership continuum program based on the model created by the US Military that prepares its commissioned officers for 20-30 year careers. The SBI system provides the necessary skills and competencies that will prepare individuals for a career instead of just prepping them for their first job after college. Whether that job is in corporate America, a nonprofit, education, the government or as an entrepreneur the SBI system provides the tools required. This is done through a series of modules taught at the undergraduate and graduate levels of school, and subsequent developmental training and mentoring throughout an individual’s career, at key junctures of the continuum. We have also created a series of modules for high school level students that help prepare for careers whether they are attending higher education or going directly to the workforce. These tools do not replace current academia curriculum, instead they work in conjunction with them to provide the practical application of leadership principles.
